Learn About Our ApproachOver the past 15 years, Sage has partnered with more than 225 schools and 2,000+ teachers, positively impacting the learning journey of over 1 Million+ students. Additionally, we have conducted 700 teacher workshops, enabling data-driven transformations across UAE schools.
UAE's remarkable progress in global assessments
When the UAE first participated in the PISA assessment in 2008, the nation ranked 44th globally. Since then, under the mandate of the visionary leadership, the UAE has risen to the top 20 in the PISA rankings and 15th in TIMSS.
These advancements have been driven by the use of external benchmarking tests to identify learning gaps and enhance the overall educational landscape of the Emirate. Looking ahead, the UAE is set to continue this upward trajectory with further participation in major international assessments.

Sage has evolved beyond being just an external assessment provider. After demonstrating exceptional expertise in administering ASSET across the UAE, Sage was entrusted by educational authorities to manage the TIMSS Main Study in 2019.
Our responsibilities included handling communication, logistics, scheduling, and conducting the tests seamlessly. Though the creation and results of these assessments are governed by OECD, Sage has become the trusted administrative partner for both PISA and PIRLS, ensuring flawless execution and reliable outcomes. Our ability to manage these complex processes has been recognized and valued by stakeholders, solidifying our role in shaping UAE's educational journey.
PISA 2022 had a special focus on Mathematics. 250 schools spanning a wide variety of curricula participated.
